My Mañana Comes is a fun and high-energy production that exposes the travails of immigrant workers and their quest for the American dream. With the kitchen of an elegant New York restaurant as its background, this play is a snapshot of the lives of four busboys from different social backgrounds that cling to dreams of life beyond their dingy back-of-house grind while juggling delicate entrees, serving fussy customers, and facing an opportunistic manager.
